Esto Travel Conference
What happens when the leading travel conference for marketing professionals (ESTO) is hosted right down the street, and you happen to be a leading marketing firm as well? You make sure everyone knows you are there.
Mlive Media Group wanted to take advantage of this amazing opportunity and needed to have a significant presence at the conference. To achieve this, we became a sponsor of the event, acquired our own booth, offered our offices as a hub for attendees, spread our brand throughout the venue, and even threw special guests a party.
How’s that for meeting opportunity?!
Exceeding Expectations
We crafted our presence to elevate attendees' experience. MLive’s booth included live podcasting and a sitting lounge packed with made in Michigan snacks and beverages, and of course, information on how MLive Media Group can fit in with their professional itinerary.

My role was to light the way.

Adventure Is
Out There!
To stay top of mind during the conference, we provided maps of the entire conference center with a route to MLive Media Group highlighted. Visitors who followed would find an oasis in the MLive office space to work quietly or simply to take a break.
To do something a little unexpected, we designed custom coins for our sales staff to pass out as invites to the exclusive ESTO afterparty!

You make it yourself.

You Get a Sign, and You Get a Sign!
Everyone Gets A Sign!
Keeping in mind that most attendees were new to the area, it was very important to keep stress levels low. That is why no entrance, exit, elevator, stairwell, back ally, or popcorn machine was without a sign directing to the event space. Each sign needed to be eye-catching, cohesive, and informative at a glance.

Nothing But Smiles
& Goodie Bags
The event went off without a hitch and we even designed custom photo booth backgrounds for attendees as a reminder of their time in GR and with MLive.
